We can’t understand why we can’t get and stay motivated. If we do start we fall off track and constantly tell ourselves we will restart on Monday. We think we should feel motivated all the time which we don’t, we believe that this is the reason we aren’t getting results.

I have experienced first hand how it feels to feel lost, stuck, depressed & unhealthy. To have my life stuck on repeat year after year. To feel non stop but bored at the same time. To neglect myself in favour of what I thought my family needed. Not getting results I wanted for myself or my business because I felt guilty for deeply craving more.
I constantly compared myself to other women who seemed happy, healthy, creating a good income and looked like they had their shit together.
I felt completely overwhelmed at the thought of starting to get my health on track. I was so far removed from my goal. I had tried and failed so many times before. I felt stuck & desperate.

They can lead to binge eating and teach you to focus on foods that aren't always going to be the best for your health! They can also come with huge amounts of overwhelm, trying to do ALL the things to get results and an overwhelmed and confused mind ends up doing nothing or falling off track pretty quickly, This plan is about breaking that cycle. Helping you to create a new lifestyle and foundation of healthy habits that you can build on. There isn't one plan that fits all, and this will allow you to find your own way but create results at the same time.
I feel you! I spent years thinking I needed to cram in hour-long daily workouts and spend all day in the kitchen batch cooking to get results. I will share with you all the ways that I have created results in pockets of time around being a busy mum whilst running a home and a business. All the video modules are around 2-7 minutes so you can sit and listen to one with a cuppa in between tasks. The masterclasses are longer lessons but I will show you how I fit things in like this without taking extra time out of your day. It has all been put together with you in mind and to respect the little time you have because I have been there!!!
