CANCELLATION POLICY

MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND CANCELLATION TERMS

NEXT LEVEL — £97 per month

Minimum term: None

Cancel at any time. Access ends at the close of your current billing period. No refunds for part-used periods.


NEXT LEVEL SUPPORTED — £247 per month

Minimum term: 3 months

Cancellations before the end of the 3-month minimum will not be processed until the minimum term completes. After 3 months, the membership moves to rolling monthly and can be cancelled at any time.


ALIGN AND SCALE — £497 per month

Minimum term: 12 months

Cancellations are not available during the 12-month initial term. Renewal terms will be discussed before the end of the initial period.

FOUNDING MEMBER AND ORIGINAL MEMBER PRICING

A number of members transferred to Next Level from the previous On Demand membership and are subscribed at a legacy price. These members fall into one of the following three categories:

Founders Monthly — £33 per month

Original Standard Monthly — £49 per month

Founders Annual — £396 per year

These legacy prices are offered as a courtesy to members who were part of the On Demand membership at the point of transition to Next Level. The following terms apply:

1. Legacy pricing is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be shared, gifted, or passed to another person under any circumstances.

2. Legacy pricing is protected for as long as the member maintains a continuous, active subscription at that price. This means payments must remain up to date and uninterrupted.

3. If a founding or original member cancels their membership for any reason, their legacy pricing will be permanently lost. Upon re-joining, they will be required to subscribe at the current standard Next Level pricing in place at the time of rejoining.

4. Legacy pricing applies to the Next Level membership tier only. Upgrading to Next Level Supported or Align and Scale means moving to the standard pricing for that tier. Downgrading back to Next Level after an upgrade will be at the current standard Next Level price, not the original legacy price.

5. If a payment fails and the subscription lapses as a result, Be Right Back will make reasonable efforts to contact the member to resolve the issue. If the subscription cannot be reinstated within 14 days of the failed payment, the legacy pricing may be lost at the discretion of Be Right Back.

6. Be Right Back reserves the right to withdraw legacy pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice if it is no longer commercially viable to maintain it.

1. How to Cancel

1.1. To cancel your membership, email [email protected] with your full name and the email address used at signup.

1.2. Please include your membership tier and the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).

1.3. Allow up to 2 business days for your cancellation to be confirmed in writing.

1.4. Do not cancel via Stripe directly as this may cause access and billing issues.

1.5. Founding and original members are strongly advised to contact us before cancelling so we can make sure you understand that your legacy pricing cannot be reinstated once your subscription ends.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

2.1. Your access to Next Level, all training content, the community, live sessions, and implementation sprints will end at the close of your final paid billing period.

2.2. You will not be charged again after your cancellation has been confirmed and your billing period has ended.

2.3. Any content explicitly made available for download prior to cancellation remains yours to keep.

2.4. Login access to the membership portal will be removed at the end of your final billing period, although given the confines of technology this may take up to 5 minutes to come through.

2.5. Founding and original members who cancel will permanently lose their legacy pricing. Re-joining after cancellation will be at the current standard Next Level pricing.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Next Level operates a no-refund policy on monthly subscription fees as access to all training and community support is granted immediately upon joining.

3.2. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Be Right Back.

3.3. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

3.4. Refunds will not be issued for periods of non-use. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you no longer wish to be billed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day cooling-off period for digital products. However, by joining Next Level and accessing the membership portal, you acknowledge that you are waiving this right in line with Regulation 36, as digital content has been made available immediately upon purchase and you have been informed of and consented to this at checkout.

4. Next Level Supported: 3-Month Minimum

4.1. The 3-month minimum commitment exists because this tier is designed for implementation and real progress, not quick fixes.

4.2. The minimum period gives you the time and support to complete your Systems Reset, get it live, and begin building the next systems your business needs.

4.3. After the initial 3 months, your membership moves to a rolling monthly basis with no further minimum commitment.

4.4. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month minimum has been reached will be noted and actioned at the end of the minimum term automatically.

5. Align and Scale: 12-Month Commitment

5.1. Align and Scale is a 12-month commitment because the level of personalised strategy, coaching, and implementation support provided requires a sustained period to deliver meaningful results.

5.2. No cancellations will be processed during the 12-month initial term.
