Where we transfer data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to countries the UK Government has deemed adequate.

We do not sell your personal data.

Log files

Like most websites, we use log files. These record information such as IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider, date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and the number of clicks. This is used to analyse trends, administer the site, and gather aggregate demographic information. It is not generally linked to information that personally identifies you, though IP addresses are treated as personal data under UK GDPR.

Cookies and web beacons

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser so a website can remember things about your visits. Web beacons allow a website to collect information through a graphic image request. We use cookies to store information such as your preferences and the pages you visit, to help optimise your experience.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. For more detail, see your browser provider’s website.

We use a cookie consent banner so that non-essential cookies only load once you have given your consent. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in our website footer.

The cookies we may use fall into the following categories:

  • Necessary – required for the website to function correctly (e.g. remembering items in your cart or keeping you logged in). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics – help us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
  • Advertising – used by third parties to measure how effective their adverts are and to show you relevant adverts.
